Employing a gamut of painterly techniques the paintings deal with the tension between nature, artifice and the imaginary, particularly in relation to personal tracings of landscape and memory. Curious encounters are mapped out via a dreaming reverie, conjuring up a language of the unconcious on the surface of the canvas, she allows the terrain to be re-possed.
